Tax Credits

We assist firms to Design a home that
earns the Energy Tax credits of $2,000 per home, by designing it to be
50% more Energy Efficient for Heating and Cooling compared to homes
using the 2004 IECC.
Our firm will analyze the floor
plan and evaluate if the home qualifies for the tax credit, in the case
the home doesn't qualify we will give you a list of necessary upgrades
in order to reach the 50% more efficient threshold. |

Building Envelope
commissioning is the most overlooked component of commercial
construction. Building envelope commissioning with emphasis on the
alignment of the thermal barrier and the building air barrier, will not
only maximize the energy performance of any building but will also
increase the life-cycle of buildings and comfort level of occupants.
SENERCON employs Thermal Imaging equipment
to verify proper thermal barriers and minimize thermal bridging of
materials and avoid uninsulated areas of the building.
Additionally, we can test the building
envelope to verify the continuity and integrity of the air barrier the
building according to ASTM standards
